Mr. Hilal Al Kharusi possesses over 30 years of extensive international business experience in the energy sector. He has held various executive roles, most recently serving as the Chief Executive for Commercial & Downstream business at Oman’s OQ Group. His career began with Petroleum Development Oman and Shell International, managing energy projects across multiple regions. Prior to OQ, he was Executive Vice-President for Emerging Businesses at Oman Oil Company, where he developed large-scale energy projects and managed international M&A activities. He has also served as Board Chairman and member in several organizations (OQ Chemicals, OQ Trading International, OQ8 Refinery, Oman Oil Marketing Company, and GPCA). Mr. Al Kharusi holds a bachelor’s degree in Geosciences/Economic Geography and an MBA from the UK.

Dr. Freemu Varghese has been practicing Internal Medicine and Nephrology for more than 25 years and he is also fellowship trained in critical care Medicine. He is the president of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology of Houston, and he is the Chair of Nephrology for Diagnostic Clinic of Houston.
