TEXTEC is providing construction materials and services to Marsa Malaz Kempinski Hotel in Qatar.

Marsa Malaz Kempinski (MMK) is the second project to be undertaken by Alfardan Hospitality in partnership with international hospitality group Kempinski Hotels, which collaborated on the development and management of Doha’s tallest hotel tower, the Kempinski Residences and Suites. 

Surrounded by water, the  artistic-themed waterfront hotel is set to attract thousands of visitors from all over the world, with its beachfront setting, extravagant interiors and exteriors, finest comforts and personalised service; appealing to business and lifestyle connoisseurs. MMK will be a tourism attraction for Qatar, in line with the recently announced strategy of Qatar Tourism Authority (QTA) to position Qatar as “a world-class hub with deep cultural roots”.

The Built-up Area of the project is 81,280 Square Meters The Hotel building includes 280 keys of Guest rooms and Suites Three Restaurants, Beach Bar Facility, Tennis Court, 523 Car parking spaces
